Zoiper is a soft phone company making android, ios and desktop applications for use with our platform.

To make the setup experience easier - you may contact our helpdesk to request a QR code be emailed to you and then after Zoiper is installed you can simply scan the QR code we will email you using the camera on your smartphone instead of having to type your username and password.  
ZoiPer Bug:
The default DTMF Style setting don't allow for touch tones to work through the app, so if you find yourself needing to use touch tone digits (called DTMF) during a phone call to interact with auto attendant menus then you will need to change this setting from within ZoiPer once its installed.  Navigate through the following menus from within the app to change the DTMF style from "Symbolic " to "Inband". 

Settings > Accounts > Modern Telecom > Features > DTMF Style > Inband
