Click 2 Dial

Learn how to use the Vodia Click 2 Dial Chrome extension.  Its an easy way to make phone calls from within your browser by right clicking on a number and selecting to dial from either your desk phone or the web phone.

After you have installed the extension in to Chrome, you must click on the extension icon visible in the top right corner of your browser and configure the settings as in the screenshot to the right.  These are the same credentials you would use for our web portal, smartphone or windows app.

To use the extension, RIGHT click on a phone number on  a web page to reveal the context menu, then select Click to Dial as in the screen shot below and select weather to dial out using the browser or your desk phone - note, if you are logged into your extension from multiple phones, then the LAST phone used will be the one that connects the call if you select to call from Desktop Phone.
